Logs are the chronological record of all Factory activities, decisions, and events.

They serve as the single source of truth for operations, accountability, and auditability.

Logs are not optional.

They are the Factory’s memory in motion.

Purpose

The purpose of Logs is to:

  • Capture every action of AI Employees

  • Record execution of Lines and Departments

  • Document decisions of Chambers

  • Track Governance approvals, vetoes, and interventions

  • Monitor Security events and incidents

  • Support audit, review, and analysis

Scope

Logs cover:

  • Employee operations and task execution

  • Department and Line activities

  • Chamber deliberations and decisions

  • Governance actions

  • Security events and anomalies

  • System performance and resource utilization

No significant event occurs without being logged.

Structure of Logs

Each log entry contains:

  • Timestamp – exact date and time of the event

  • Actor – Employee, Department, Chamber, or Human interface

  • Context – relevant data, input, or environmental state

  • Action – executed operation, decision, or change

  • Outcome – result and verification status

All log entries are immutable and traceable.

Logging Standards

Logs must be:

  • Complete – record all relevant information

  • Accurate – faithfully represent events and actions

  • Immutable – cannot be altered retrospectively

  • Accessible – available for authorized review

  • Secure – protected from unauthorized access or tampering
